		<description>In the end, it&#039;s all a matter of numbers. Taking the stairs burns more calories than taking the elevator. And if you burn more than you take in (eat, drink...), you lose weight. And taking the stairs may either be just that little extra burning, or simply not enough. 
It helped me a bit. </description>

		<description>Hmmm.... I&#039;m claustrophobic so have always take the stairs instead of the lift (and also avoided the underground) on consulting assignments.....
